Privacy policy
This page explains what information is handled when you use French Digital Society.
Information collected
The contact form collects the subject, name, reply address and message that you submit. The site currently uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
Purpose
Information is used solely to answer enquiries, review applications, support introductions, manage editorial subscriptions or consider partnerships.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your request and, where relevant, the pre-contractual steps needed to answer it. Messages are retained only for the useful duration of the relationship and applicable obligations.
Form protection
Opening the contact form creates a temporary, strictly necessary technical cookie used to verify the origin of a submission and reduce fraudulent requests. It is not used for analytics or advertising and expires when the browser closes. To prevent abuse, a pseudonymised fingerprint of the network address is used within a rolling 15-minute window, without being used to identify or track visitors. Expired records are removed during the next check.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where these rights apply. Use the contact form or the address in the legal notice.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to limit unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
